Certain Midwestern Gentleman apparel relies on a network of third-party warehouses for printing, distributions, and processing. These products are print-on-demand, which requires slightly more time for shipping (we can’t all be Amazon). Any questions on your order can be directed to info@midwesterngentleman.com. Please refer to our return and exchange policy below to answer any questions.
Returns and Exchanges
Unworn, unwashed shirts can be returned within 30 days of delivery to exchange for a different size. If there is any evidence the shirt has been worn, or is otherwise not in the same condition as when we sent it, we will not process the exchange. You are responsible for the cost of shipping to send the shirt back, and we will cover the cost to send the new shirt. We do not accept returns or give refunds. If there is a flaw with the shirt you receive, we will send a replacement. Please email us at info@midwesterngentleman.com for exchange requests or questions. Please include your Order ID # in your email.

If you are between two sizes, we recommend the “larger” size (we won’t’ tell anyone).
Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.
Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Do not dry clean.
Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.
